Compensation:

$28.50-$45.00 per hour

Job Description:
As a psychotherapist at Associated Behavioral Health Services, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, with various mental health concerns. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and creating personalized treatment plans to address clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions
- Administering assessments and evaluations to gather comprehensive client information
- Diagnosing mental health disorders based on observations and assessments
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Providing crisis intervention and emergency counseling when necessary
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities

Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Current state license to practice as a Psychotherapist or eligibility for licensure
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health conditions
- Active malpractice insurance during active practicing $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
